Vegan Yes started in 2016, run by Chef Mauro from Florence with a passion for delicious new inventions. Dr Min, his wife, is studied in traditional medicine and hence we like to use healthy ingredients that benefit body, mind & soul:
Vegan Yes sets itself apart as a place to learn about and nourish a life-long healthy diet.
The Mia Mamma Foundation was set-up by Dr Min to promote tolerance and acceptance, through the medium of food, particularly fusion cuisine.
Inspired by the movement for the reunification of Korea, the Mia Mamma Foundation now seeks to integrate cultures and people across the globe through educational talks, cooking events, food bank drives and art projects. Read more on www.miamammafoundation.org
Kimchi is Korean cabbage traditionally fermented with red chilli peppers and other vegetables to create a powerful, gut-health boosting condiment.
We thus infused Kimchi into many of our dishes for its health benefits.
On top of the traditional Red Kimchi, Chef Mauro invented a further three colours with a mild flavour and Italian touches with healing and aromatic ingredients like turmeric, ginger, garlic, spirulina and rosemary.
